Chef Raz is a man with a lot on his mind, and it’s mostly about food. But not just any food. It’s about recreating his favorites from growing up in Oaxaca Mexico and giving those dishes a modern twist with a focus on Value and Health. Here at Casa Luna, Raz has conducted a menu that does just that. Casa Luna serves an eclectic mix of Mexican and Tex-Mex cuisine that is light, delicious, and packed with flavors. Raz has made it his mission to deliver nourishment for the body, soul, and mind to every diner here at Casa Luna.
